General clean
A maintenance clean for lived-in homes, covering visible routine tasks needed to keep the property fresh, tidy and presentable. Deep-detail and restoration work is separate unless agreed.

Deep clean
A more detailed one-off or occasional clean that lifts the home beyond maintenance standard. It includes common detail points but is not a restoration service or automatically an end-of-lease clean.

End of lease
A vacant-property detail clean aimed at inspection and handover. Internal areas and detail items are included subject to condition, access and the booked scope.
Repairs, specialist restoration, permanent staining and unusual residue are outside standard cleaning scope unless separately agreed.
Airbnb turnover
A reset between stays focused on hygiene, presentation, timing and issue reporting for the next check-in. Linen arrangements, consumables, deep-clean build-up and maintenance requirements should be agreed in advance.
Commercial, NDIS and post-construction
Office, commercial, strata, NDIS, post-construction and mixed-scope jobs are reviewed and quoted around the actual site, access, frequency, billing and operational requirements.

Contact Starshine within 48 hours with the details. The issue is reviewed against the agreed scope and, where appropriate, the re-clean response is arranged.
